Your enquiry, your choice.
How this website handles information you choose to share.
Browsing this website
The redesign serves its own images and fonts. WordPress, the hosting provider and any separately configured site plugins may process information needed to operate the website. Contact the office for details of the site’s current services.
Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, your name, contact details, selected course, preferred format and message are saved in the institute’s WordPress database. A notification is sent to the institute through its configured mail service. Access to saved enquiries is restricted to authorised WordPress administrators. The team uses your information to respond to your enquiry.
Information to share
Share only details needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, banking information or identity documents through a general course enquiry.
Questions and corrections
For information handling requests or corrections, contact info.svgroups@gmail.com or call the office.
Staff-operated live chat and online-learning enquiries
When you start a live chat, SV Infotech stores the name you optionally provide, your messages, the page context and staff replies in its WordPress system. Authorised staff use this information to respond to your enquiry. Chat is operated by staff; the availability indicator depends on an active staff session.
A random chat-session credential is stored in your browser’s session storage so the same tab can retrieve its conversation after a refresh. It expires after up to 24 hours, and other visitors cannot retrieve the conversation without that credential. Chat records remain in the staff inbox after a conversation is closed. Contact the institute if you need help with information you submitted.
The enquiry form may also collect your country and time zone to help the team discuss online learning and suitable timings. Those optional details are saved with the enquiry and included in its existing office notification. Temporary abuse-prevention counters use a server-side keyed hash of the connection address.
